A alimentação dos nossos filhos é muito importante e, bem assim, uma grande preocupação para todos nós.

Nesse contexto, tentamos fazer tudo da melhor forma, para que nada falte na alimentação dos nossos bebés.

A pedido de algumas mães, vou partilhar o plano diário de alimentação das gémeas que, para já, ainda é muito simples.
Assim, normalmente, elas fazem 5 refeições por dia, salvo raras excepções em que fazem 6.

O pequeno-almoço, em regra, acontece entre as 6h e as 8h e bebem entre 120ml a 150ml de leite. Depois, ou dormem mais um bocado ou ficam nas espreguiçadeiras a brincar.

Depois temos duas situações: se bebem o leite às 6h da manhã, bebem outro às 9h e almoçam às 12h mas, se bebem às 8h apenas almoçam entre as 11h e as 12h uma sopa.

Ao lanche, pelas 15h/15h30, voltam a beber leite, na quantidade de 120ml ou 150ml. O jantar agora é papa às 18h30/19h mas, depois, ainda bebem um leite de 150ml entre as 00h e a 1h, pelo que finalizam as 5/6 refeições.

Dicas: todas as semanas acrescento um legume na sopa, utilizo sempre batata doce em vez de batata normal.

Quanto às papas, comecei pela primeira papa e agora já dou também de maçã.

Nota: Este é o plano que faço com as minhas filhas, mas cada um deve tentar seguir os conselhos do seu pediatra.

    So because you prefer that your kids not watch, the “franchise” should be “rebooted”? Maybe a more appropriate solution would be to change the channel, or turn off the television. I have a five-year-old son too, and we do a couple of crazy things–if his dad and I think something is inappropriate for him to see, we don’t let him watch it. And if he watches something that includes something we don’t want him to emulate, we talk to him. It works, and a heck of a lot more effectively than trying to sanitize the world for his benefit.

    I very much prefer the sandy beaches of the Sithonia peninsula in Halkidiki, Northern Greece. The waters are amazing (as they are all over in Greece), the sand beaches are gorgeous, and best of all – not overcrowded. My favourite beach would be Agios Ioannis by Nikiti, or Kriaritsi beach by Sykia.
