Quanta roupa devo vestir ao meu filho?
Esta é uma questão muito frequente nas consultas, particularmente nesta altura do ano em que o tempo começa a aquecer.
No inverno acaba sempre por ser mais fácil escolher a roupa dos bebés, porque na verdade é quase só ir acrescentando… No entanto, quando as temperaturas começam a subir, surgem também as indecisões dos pais. De um modo geral, há uma regra prática que pode (e deve) ser seguida: deve-se vestir aos bebés mais uma peça de roupa do que a pessoa mais friorenta da casa. Geralmente essa peça a mais é o body e, assim, acaba por conseguir garantir que o seu filho não fica com frio.
Dqualquer forma, há duas considerações que gostava também de deixar:
1. Se estiver muito calor e sentir que uma peça de roupa é já muito para si, não vale a pena vestir nada a mais ao seu filho;
2. A partir dos 6-9 meses acho que já o pode vestir como se veste a si, porque os mecanismos de compensação do frio e calor começam a estar mais desenvolvidos.
Como para tudo na vida, também aqui é preciso bom senso e perceber que os bebés não têm só frio, têm também calor, tal como nós..
