Obrigada Clínica de Santo António!

Hoje é dia de voltar para casa com as nossas princesas e não posso deixar de agradecer a toda a equipa o que fizeram por nós! Agradeço aos médicos, às enfermeiras, às auxiliares e às senhoras da limpeza- todos me fizeram sentir novamente em casa, de tal forma que ficava mais uns dias! 😊
Já é a segunda vez que aqui estamos e por isso temos muita empatia com as enfermeiras. Não consigo agradecer de forma singular a cada uma porque, embora tenha criado uma relação mais próxima com uma ou outra, a verdade é que todas elas são incríveis e têm um coração do tamanho do Mundo.

Não sei se é por lhes confiar aquilo que de mais valioso tenho (os meus filhos), mas a verdade é que estou muito sensibilizada pela forma como sempre trataram os meus filhos e, pensando bem, isso é o que me faz sentir tão bem na clínica. Afinal, estamos felizes sempre que sabemos que os nossos filhos estão bem. 😊😊
Vou ter saudades das vontades gastronómicas que me fazem aqui e do descanso que tive estes dias! O meu marido, a brincar, costuma dizer que não descansava tanto desde a nossa lua-de-mel. 😊😊

É muito importante estarmos descansados para os primeiros tempos dos bebés. No início não ligamos, achamos que não é preciso descansar, porque passar toda a noite a olhar para um filho não dá sono e dormir dá saudade. Mas a realidade é que, não tarda, começam as cólicas, as birras e a falta de sono acumula-se, até que se chega a uma altura em que já não aguentamos mais… Assim, se descansarmos sempre que conseguimos, teremos mais serenidade e força para enfrentar os momentos difíceis que aí vêm. E é por saber que esses momentos são reais, que vão mesmo existir, que dou tanto valor a estes primeiros dias e ao descanso na maternidade!
Muito obrigado a TODOS os que nos acompanharam nestes dias, vocês serão a nossa bateria para os próximos tempos e nunca nos vamos esquecer de toda a ajuda. ❤️❤️

      I had a few of those teachers but I should have liked to have had more. Perhaps that sounds greedy, but I think about what those few did and realize that every time they pushed me because they believed I did more than I had.So why not ask for that. More importantly that is what I want for my children. Give them teachers who recognize their value and help them take the steps they hesitate to. As parents we’ll push but it is different when it comes from a teacher.
