Como prometido aqui deixo a receita das bolachas de manteiga que levei para a festa de Natal.

Receita:
Ingredientes:
120 g de açucar
100 g de manteiga
250 g de farinha
1 ovo
1 colher de chá de fermento em pó
1 gema de ovo para pincelar
Como fazer:
Bater muito bem a manteiga, o ovo e o açúcar, juntar a farinha e a colher de fermento e envolver tudo durante um bocado.
Estender a massa com um rolo da massa numa superfície com farinha e cortar com formas a gosto (usei umas do Ikea de Natal).
Dar uma pincelada com a gema de ovo e levar ao forno (160 graus) durante pelo menos 20 minutos.
