Estes últimos dias foram maus. Estar doente deixa-nos muito em baixo…
Como já vos disse, não me lembrava de ficar doente, na cama, desde que sou Mãe e tão cedo não quero voltar!! Esta porcaria deixou-me de rastos e até de injeção precisei para voltar a ficar bem!
Ontem, quando a penicilina fez efeito total e me senti bem, quase perfeita, resolvi relaxar.
Tudo deitado, casa em silêncio absoluto, resolvi mimar-me e fazer um banho de imersão!
Enchi a banheira de água bem quentinha e coloquei um produto relaxante da Lush que cá tinha para experimentar e adorei! Fiz um banho de uma hora, só a ouvir a minha música e o silêncio da noite. Ainda fiz uma máscara facial e relaxei muito!
Posso dizer-vos que me soube mesmo bem. Tudo nas minhas horas, no meu ritmo, foi um sábado à noite diferente que acabou por ser maravilhoso.
Daí para o sofá e aproveitar que o comando era meu e podia ver o quisesse!!
Estes momentos fazem-nos bem e nós mães / mulheres merecemos!
