Primeira aula de natação! Tanto o pai como eu adoramos praia, mar e piscina- somos fascinados pelo verão e pela água.

Assim, resolvemos levar os gémeos a uma aula de natação para ver as reacções e ver se eles gostavam de estar na água.

Lá os vestimos e fomos todos para a piscina.

Tivemos de entrar os dois para dentro da piscina, pois cada um tinha de ficar responsável por um deles.

A Matilde, mal viu a água, ficou histérica e a rir às gargalhadas. O Tomás, como sempre, estava mais observador e reticente; gosta primeiro de ver as coisas, perceber o que é, até se sentir seguro, mas gostou muito também.

A aula correu muito bem e fizeram todos os exercícios que a professora mandou. No meio de tanta alegria, chegaram ao fim e ninguém quis sair de dentro de água: deu choradeira e tudo, ninguém queria ir para casa!!

Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a piscina e com a professora. Contudo, não pudemos começar logo com as aulas regulares pois descobri que estava novamente grávida de gémeos, pelo que seria complicado ir às aulas e estar sempre com eles dentro da piscina: a barriga ia começar a crescer, o peso a aumentar, e portanto seria mais difícil. Ficámos cheios de pena! No entanto, quando passarem estes primeiros meses das gémeas, queremos inscrever os gémeos numa piscina. Acho importante que aprendam a nadar, ainda mais sabendo o quanto eles gostam de estar no mar e na piscina. Este verão comprovou a excitação deles com a água! E não esqueçamos as vantagens da natação: desenvolvem a coordenação e o equilíbrio, relaxam e dormem melhor! Assim, estaremos mais tranquilos para o próximo verão!

    Por aqui a mãe tem uma alergia ao cloro. Nas piscinas de agua fria não há problema mas nas aquecidas fico cheia de borbulhas .
    Com muita pena minha os mais velhos foram para a piscina por volta dos 4 anos e os gémeos irão pelo mesmo caminho.

    Por aqui a minha filhota anda na natação desde os 7 meses e é o delírio 🙂 É toda uma logística no vestir e despir mesmo só com uma porque ainda não anda (tem 13 meses) mas vale a pena ver aqueles 30m deliciosos!! 🙂

Jenni was wrong and I am kind of shocked that she did this twice. If I was Jeff I would have been pretty upset as well.
