Receitas prometidas! 

Aqui estão as receitas que me têm pedido, do workshop que fui a semana passada.

Em casa ainda só fiz (no próprio dia) a pescada e foi um sucesso, os meus filhos adoraram.

Espero que gostem, é tudo muito fácil.

Salada de Legumes grelhados (4 pessoas)

Ingredientes:

8 espargos verdes
100g cogumelos paris
200g curgete
200g mix de alfaces
100g tomate cherry
125g mozarela fresca
azeite
vinagre
sal q.b

Preparação:

Lavar legumes
Cortar tomate cherry em metades
Cortar e grelhar curgetes
Grelhar espargos cortados a meio e em 4 partes
Laminar e grelhar cogumelos
Temperar a gosto o mix de alfaces com azeite vinagre e sal
Laminar mozarela fresca
Misturar alfaces com tomate cherry e todos os ingredientes – empratar individualmente ou em Pyrex

Gratinado de Pescada e Camarão (4 pessoas)

Ingredientes:

400g lombos de pescada
200g camarão 30/40
200g de brócolos
sal e pimenta q.b

Preparação:

Descongelar lombos de pescada temperar a gosto
Descascar camarão e temperar com pescada
Lavar e arranjar brócolos, cozer em água a ferver 3 min. passar imediatamente em água fria
Juntar em Pyrex todos os ingredientes
Verter molho béchamel (fiz caseiro), sobre pescada camarão e brócolos no Pyrex e levar ao forno pré aquecido a 180 graus durante 30 min.

Soufflé de Limão (4 pessoas)

Ingredientes:

4 ovos
6 colheres de sopa de açúcar
3 colheres de sopa de farinha Maizena
1 colher de farinha
200ml de natas frescas
sumo de 2 limões
raspa de 1 limão

Preparação:

Juntar 4 gemas com açúcar e bater bem, acrescentar raspa de limão
Juntar farinha Maizena com farinha na Yämmi, bater na velocidade 4, juntar natas com sumo de 2 limões
Bater claras em castelo
Envolver tudo com colher para não perder ar das claras
Pré-aquecer forno a 180 graus
Untar Pyrex com manteiga e farinha
Verter massa no Pyrex
Levar ao forno 15/20 min.
Servir com açúcar ou canela em pó

    This is some useful material. It took me a while to unearth this site but it was worth the time. I noticed this website was buried in bing and not the number one spot. This weblog has a lot of decent stuff and it doesnt deserve to be burried in the searches like that. By the way I am going to save this weblog to my list of favorites.

    Nice post. I discover something tougher on different blogs everyday. Most commonly it is stimulating to learn content off their writers and use a little at their store.
