E quando saímos da maternidade?
Depois de nascerem os nossos filhos, passa o medo do parto e vem o…
… “e quando for para casa”? Como vou fazer estas coisas sozinha com o meu marido??
Medo? Não. Pânicooo!!!
São várias as perguntas que surgem na nossa cabeça… Quando estava na maternidade tentava descansar, à noite, e só pensava como ía conseguir…
“Nunca mudei fraldas!”, “Como vou sobreviver em privação de sono??”, “E se eles não mamam?”, “Se não arrotam?”, “Se não fazem cocó?”, “O que faço se bolsarem???”… (e imaginem, que logo na “primeira viagem”, era medo vezes dois!)
Passei algumas horas a pensar nestas e noutras coisas e com mil perguntas na minha cabeça. Durante os dias só dizia às enfermeiras que as queria levar para minha casa, que tinha medo e que não queria sair dali.
No fundo, a primeira vez que somos Mães é tudo novidade, tudo uma nova descoberta e o pouco tempo que passamos na maternidade não dá para aprender muitas coisas.
Mas futuras Mãe: não se assustem!! O nosso instinto maternal nasce com o bebé e quando chegamos a casa tudo se torna mais fácil. Tudo se faz. Começa aí a nossa grande missão de sermos Mães! A Mãe perfeita para o (s) nosso (s) filho (s) somos nós mesmas. Não temos de ser iguais às nossas amigas nem sequer às nossas mães. Cada uma de nós é a Mãe perfeita (e imperfeita, já agora!) que o seu filho precisa.
Com o tempo vamo-nos aperfeiçoando e vamos crescendo como Mães e não tenham medo, pois numa outra gravidez todos esses medos podem voltar…é normal! São processos de adaptação! E afinal, nós somos umas guerreiras e ultrapassamos todas as batalhas .
Tenho a certeza de que quem já foi Mãe sentiu isto e quem não foi vai sentir.

Não tenham medo, logo logo vão mudar fraldas de olhos fechados, banhos sem medos e tudo o resto entra na vossa rotina!
Ser Mãe é o maior de mais difícil desafio e sem dúvida a melhor coisa do Mundo!
