Até me custa a crer que o verão já se está a despedir de nós!
Com a gravidez e com o nascimento da Maria do Carmo e da Francisca até parece que nem dei por ele, ainda por cima quando ainda nos estamos todos a habituar às rotinas de sermos 6. Aos poucos, cá nos vamos organizando! Já se passou um mês desde que a Matilde e o Tomás começaram a escola e a verdade é que se estão a ambientar muito bem, apesar de todos os meus receios que, aliás, desabafei com a pediatra na consulta das mais novas. E foi ai que ela me alertou para os perigos que também estão à espreita nas escolas e com a transmissão de vírus entre os miúdos.
Com dois bebés recém-nascidos em casa todo o cuidado é pouco e, apesar de me considerar uma mãe bastante descontraída, não posso dizer que fico indiferente a estes perigos. Por isso, este ano decidimos vacinar a Matilde e o Tomás contra a gripe. Tivemos de falar muito sobre o assunto, expusemos todas as nossas questões com a pediatra e acreditamos que será em prol da sua saúde e bem-estar. As vacinas já estão disponíveis em Portugal desde dia 1 de Outubro e, assim que possível, vamos vacinar as crianças e os adultos cá de casa.
Assim, estaremos todos debaixo de proteção!

A meu ver há outras formas de reforçar as defesas dos miudos… vacinar contra a gripe defende-os do vírus “previsto” para a gripe sazonal, deixando-os à mercê de todos os outros… não vacinaria o meu.
