O que têm nas mochilas da praia?
Olá!
Muita gente tem perguntado o que levam nas mochilas para a escola, nesta altura da praia.
Todos os dias varia, mas a essência é sempre a mesma. 🙂
Protetor solar, toalha, saco para colocar o fato de banho, cuecas, fraldas gémeas sos (estão a deixar de usar a fralda de dia e às vezes não corre tão bem) e lanche!
Em relação ao protetor solar, para as mais novas continuo a usar o mineral da Bioderma, o mais fácil e prático de pôr, e para os mais velhos, que já não usam mineral, a bruma antiareia da Garnier que não deixa a areia colar, é uma novidade e estou fã!! Os mais velhos podem rebolar à vontade.
Os lanches têm sido variados, no entanto, tento que sejam saudáveis!
Água, fruta: banana, maçã, melão, iogurtes líquidos, frutas de pacote, frutos secos, bolachas de arroz e às vezes pão com queijo. 🙂
Vou pensar em mais ideias pois não quero que seja sempre igual.
