Segundas, o dia em que nunca paro!!!
A segunda-feira é para mim o dia mais puxado da semana e o dia em que fico mais de rastos.
Às vezes penso em desistir da natação por ficar tão cansada, não imaginam o que suo durante a tarde!
No entanto, sei que a natação é muito importante por isso não desisto e vou buscar as forças que preciso para aquela tarde.
A tarde começa às 14h45, que tenho de ir buscar os twins todos às 15h, hora a que acordam da sesta. É logo uma correria porque tenho de estar com eles dentro de água às 15h30, a aula das bebés começa a essa hora.
Até as pôr dentro de água estou em nervos para não nos atrasarmos, quando entram na água sai um peso de cima de mim e fico logo contente por ver o trabalho que o Pedro tem feito. A evolução dos miúdos tem sido incrível.
Os mais velhos já estão completamente à vontade e já nadam bem!!! As mais novas evoluem a cada aula e já se safam, o que para mim já é um descanso e uma alegria gigante.
Com o verão a chegar e a altura das piscinas e banhos de mar é mesmo importante fazermos estes esforços e colocarmos os nossos filhos na natação.
Não deixem a natação para depois se podem começar hoje, é uma das lições importantes. As coisas não acontecem só nos filmes e temos de tentar dar-lhes as ferramentas para estarmos mais descansados.
É uma segunda em que me deito de rastos, cansada de tantos banhos, vestir e despir, mas que vale a pena. A prevenção não tem preço.
Este verão vou estar sem dúvida mais descansada.
