Primeira sopa!
O tempo voa (bem que podia ser mais lento!) e, assim, a Maria do Carmo e a Francisca estão a crescer depressa demais. Fico triste de passar tudo tão rápido, parece que não consigo aproveitar metade!
Hoje as minhas gordinhas comeram a primeira sopa. Sim, já foi hoje, ainda que pareça que nasceram ontem!
Fiz uma sopa de batata-doce e cenouras com um fio de azeite no final.
A Maria do Carmo adorou a sopa: comeu 150 ml, foi espectacular. Já a Francisca não estava assim com tanta vontade e custou mais a querer comer, pelo que não comeu tudo e, pelo que pareceu, não gostou tanto como a mana!
Assim que esta primeira sopa acabar vou começar a introduzir um novo legume de cada vez. Desta forma, vou vendo se fazem alergia a alguma coisa.
Para me ajudar na logística (ou não gerisse a minha vida em função da «logística»!) coloco logo as sopas em caixinhas individuais, já com 150 ml cada. Assim, fica tudo pronto e aproveito para ir congelando algumas para ter sempre feitas para alguma emergência.
Deixo-vos com uma dica: No início, não faço sopas muito líquidas, para ser mais fácil elas se irem habituando.
