Receita 1 – Ovos cozidos aveludados com cenouras e massa tricolor de ervilhas
Ingredientes (1 criança):
600ml de água para ferver;
75g de massa de laços tricolor;
2 colheres de sopa de ervilhas frescas cruas;
1 cenoura pequena (80g);
1 ovo (preferencialmente biológico);
1 c. de sobremesa de azeite (1 fio de azeite apenas – importante manter um consumo moderado);
Caldo de legumes (biológico ou caldo caseiro conservado);
1 folha de louro
Modo de preparação:
Coza um ovo em água durante cerca de 12 minutos. Passe por água fria e descasque. Ferva água numa panela e coloque a cenoura a cozer. Num tacho à parte coza as ervilhas junto com o caldo de legumes, 1 folha de louro e um fio de azeite, quando estiverem quase cozidas retire o louro e junte a massa de laços tricolor. Deixe cozer a massa, juntamente com as ervilhas, lentamente, durante aproximadamente 5-6 min., até a massa ficar “al dente”. Assim que a massa estiver bem cozida escorra bem, junto com as ervilhas, e coloque no tacho para se manter quente.
Depois de todos os ingredientes estarem devidamente confecionados, “dê asas à sua criatividade” para despertar alguns dos sentidos já desenvolvidos nas crianças desta idade (visão, textura, olfato, paladar), que ajudam a refeição a tornar-se bastante mais apelativa!

O meu filhote adora este género de comida, mas como não gosta de ovo opto por peixe cozido ou atum conservado ao natural. Preparo de forma ligeiramente diferente, pq cozo a massa na panela e aproveito para ao mesmo tempo cozer os legumes e peixe a vapor com aquele utensílio próprio que encaixa na panela. São comidas que n dão trabalho nenhum e é do melhor que há para eles. Saudável e colorido 😀
